This spell does minimal physical damage, but against enemies with spellcasting abilities (and not merely natural abilities similar to spells, such as dragon breath) it will also drain mana and transfer it to the caster.
Prerequisite(s): Psychic Drain.
Since this spell has no mana cost there's no reason not to quicken it.
