Syntax: racial windblast <target>
A powerful gust of wind is summoned by the user, forcing a flying target in the room to the ground. An affected target may also be stunned for a short time.
This racial is only available to users who ALIGN or have an innate connection to the element of air.
This racial is EXHAUSTED for a short time when used.
