To obtain the Turtle Shell Amulet start by teleporting to Conian:

Go s4w2s and kill the egg-laying tortuga and get the unhatched egg.
Go 2nwsd2e3n2ed and kill the tortuga matriarch (aggies along the way). Queen is biggish mob.
After you kill the queen, skin corpse for Gold And Ivory Shell Fragment.
Teleport to Conian and go one south to the wise tortuga (or go u2w3s2wun5e). Give the unhatched egg to the wise tortuga for hard fragment of tortuga shell.
Go north to Conian and give either ticket item for the amulet.
