There is a ticket quest in this area. Kill the Stone Serpent of Keresh and take it's tail to the Royal Surveyor. He will give you a scale to take to Paige. Paige will give you a letter to take to the Lord of the Hunt (located in the Park - 5s,w of Aelmon). Your reward is a moonstone (6000 gold pieces).
