It looks as though it has been made with the rarest
spider silk.

There are two versions of this item - an older grandfathered version from the now removed area Drow City and a newer almost identical version which can be found in Tiureess from the Drow Headdress Quest. Because the quest is an insignia quest it can only be completed once.
