How to use: Wear diamond, and you will have sanc for a few tics.
The nitty gritty: the item has it's own timer (maybe 5 tics?) that counts down only when equipped on a tic. So... if you make a effort of taking it off outside of battle and during regen, you will be able to make a diamond last MUCH longer than normal.
