This flag doesn't do anything.  Does [[Charge Shield]] add a humming flag?

This [[:Category: Object Flags |flag]] doesn't do anything useful.  All [[:Category: Objects |objects]] with it will be seen as (Humming).  This [[:Category: Object Flags |flag]] may be added via a positive [[:Category: Gods And Goddesses |divine]] "presence" while [[Enchanting |enchanting]].  (Is this right?  Will [[Ward |Ward]] add it, too?)

This flag doesn't do anything useful. All objects with it will be seen as (Humming). This flag may be added via a positive divine "presence" while enchanting. (Is this right? Will Ward add it, too?)
