This is the basics on how I would get one using my lord war someone else can do the full method.
area The Hive Stats cant remember but it has hr and arc mods
pp ter wom w n w to the hive then track queen you will usually end up at the red queen, kill it and track queen again to get to the mob you want kill it and skin the corpse. Note she flees and can have several aggie mobs with her who can be easy on there own but ive seen 8 of them in the room with her and it can get painful. Also its fairly deep into the hive which is near enough all cursed so you die you could be in trouble for a CR.
