to get to the catacombs, pp prism dragon. This area is a maze, so I just wandered around until I found the necromancer. It's easy to get lost, so set a recall at the dragon. You'll know you're getting close when you see fresh graves in the room descriptions. The necromancer himself may or may not be portable, but be careful trying.
