When you first enter the Secret Shrine, go north to the back of the shrine (it's small), find the west wall and go south one from the north wall. Have Detect Magic up (there is an invis drow in this area with the onyx looking glass that has Detect Magic as an effect) and you will see a crest on the floor push this and the door opens leading down. From there, walk around, you'll see what looks like a Large Golem.
