This mob stays with the other gladiator spirits, inside the arena. To get there, head north from the entrance to Senex Operis until you see a guard. From here there should be a hidden door to the north. Open it and go through, and then search for a mob with the short desc:

Be careful, like the other gladiators he's armed, so he can hit hard for his level
