Those familiar with martial technique can use chronomancy to speed up a fighter's attacks. When cast on a group-mate, time skip buys them an extra round of attacks. This spell is EXHAUSTED for a short time when cast.
Prerequisite(s): Chaos Channel, Third Attack.
